First: There is our regularly scheduled art challenge TODAY at 4 PM CST, so if you’ve got any suggestions for challenge topics, drop them in the ask box linked above!

Second: I got a new job! It starts on the 10th! However, it’s a ways away from where I currently live, and the hours are a bit longer than my current job(I’d be getting home when I usually post challenge alerts), so I’m going to need to take a week to get a feeling for when I can squeeze challenges into my schedule.

Third: We’re Rebranding! Starting when I get back after today my-little-art-challenge will be rebranded as Lil-art-challenge!  Challenge topics for a long time have been of several different subjects not relating to MLP, and while we’re still more than happy to continue doing MLP related challenges(keep sending them in!) I felt it was time to adjust the name of the blog to accommodate a more general subject matter of challenges. This will mean a new avatar and possibly a logo! We might be holding a competition for a new mascot this month, so keep an eye out for more info!

And tonights topic is…King Sonic! Back in the comics, Sonic grows up to be King I think, which means that he gets a cape, crown, and in some cases his legs get longer, because that’s what happens when you get older. No specific theme, take it wherever you want!
