And also are the times to draw it only 10-20 minutes normally or is that just for the open submissions? (I know this is all probably answered in the rules I just don't understand things well right off the bat.)
1. Yes! Skype calls aren’t all that often, and anyone’s welcom to join a call if there is one!
2. Nope! No one has to stream anything!
3. The topic is posted at the top of the hour, and the submissions box is opened after the initial 30 minutes. The submissions box is then left open until x:52 PM for anyone who started late/has to fight with a camera or scanner
